I have a complete dk; I don't have it in front of me but from what I recall the cartridge/manual were mint with some shelf wear to the box but still pretty nice. Let me know what you want to pay for that and I can see about getting you a scan one of these days.
If you're looking for other black boxes I have a ridiculous mint (including the box being ridiculous mint) ice climber but I'd want more for it.

About what price would you pay for these games? i have multiple copies of most of those games and could probably find you mint copies of at least some of them.
