I thought this was interesting.

Because I have a girlfriend and am actually in touch with my "feelings" and like to express them, I went to see "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants". Besides being a great movie, there were many Dragon's Lair references. One of the minor characters was an avid Dragon's Lair fan. The script contained many true statments about the game, showing that one of the movie writters must have loved Dragon's Lair as a younger lad/ladess. The only flaw is that they refered to the Dragon's Lair 3D arcade machine as the original game.

If you like the game, you may want to rent this movie. And if you have seen this movie and liked it, post here to show that you like chick flicks!!!

I would have loved to have been there when they pitched this sucker.

"It's a feel-good movie about women who share a pair of pants. No, not all at once. And all the women have different sized asses, so it's, like, magical, or something."

Right, girls get crap like this... and guys get crap like Riddick. Everyone loses when they try to appeal to one sex when making a movie.

Oh well.

I've only heard good things about the movie, but the only reason I'm interested is...well, see my avatar.

It's based on a book. My girlfriend read it.

What's interesting is that as the title of a book, I didn't mind it so much. I assumed it was probably kind of funny or something, since my girlfriend has really good taste in literature. Once Hollywood gets it's greasy little hands on anything, though, it becomes totally deplorable.

I am actually an anomaly. I don't like violent movies with the exception of fantasy/sci-fi movies like Star Wars and LOTR. Movies, that show the feelings of people and how they triumph through hard times, rank highly in my book.

You need not make-fun of me. All video gamers need to stick together and not bicker.

P.S. I didn't see this movie with my girlfriend.

As my lady put it..."The only way I would ever watch that is if I had five vaginas geysering with blood like an apocalyptic deluge." :hmm:

I guess it is sad that I don't live life trying to get beaten by the shit stick of life. Be happy when you can. Isn't this why we play video games?

I'm actually writing a script I hope to sell now. There's a scene in it that's a refrence to Space Harrier, with the guy running. He even does the "Aah get ready" thing when he gets hit by a car. :)

I heard the producers previously named it "The Brotherhood of the Traveling Condom", but it didn't make it past the focus group.
