So I have like 11-boxed NES games, most of them are complete. I have about 100 or so loose NES carts. My collecting habits seem to be loose carts but if I come across a boxed one and if it’s cheap I buy it. So now I have these boxed games taking up valuable space on my shelf. Well the point is should I sell them off or trade them to fellow DP members. Or keep them just for collecting reasons. I guess I should just list them and see if there is any need or interest for these and take it from there?
So here is the list.
Punch-Out (not Mike Tyson)
Pac-Man (Tengen)
Heavy Shreddin
Tennis
Super Spike V Ball
Mickey Mousecapade
Double Dribble
Skate or Die
Shingen the Ruler
Romance of the Three Kingdoms
Bandit Kings of Ancient China

Well let me know if there is interest and I will move to the Buying and Selling I guess.

I dont see what you mean by being shelfish.. ? Its your games, you do whatever you want with them :)

Meaning I don't collect boxed games, just picked them up as I ran in to them.
Being Selfish by keeping them, just sitting there taking up space. about to be moved to the storage bin to make room for others, when they could be going toward someone who is collecting boxed versions.

The definition of "collect" means to gather things unto yourself, in a way...so you might not be like a regular DP games afficionado, but you've definitely collected all the boxed games you see.

It's up to you what to do with them...I don't have a clue as to your mindset, why should I know what to do with your games? Besides send them to me, that is (I'll even pay shipping).

You said yourself that they're just taking up space. What are you keeping them for? Get rid of them.

And you're not being selfish.

Just give them to me and end your frustration.

Just take them out of the boxes and then sell the boxes. I mainly have loose games, but I do have a couple sealed and a couple boxed, and I wouldn't get rid of them. They don't have to all be complete, but I think its nice to at least have a couple. In fact I keep the boxes seperate. So all I'm saying is to do what you want to do. If you have no want for these boxes at all, then why keep them? Just don't throw them away, give them to a good home.

What I wonder is why this is such a big deal. For starters, keeping the games in the boxs only looks nice. If you actualy play the games, your simply putting stress on the boxs that can be avoided. I say flaten the boxs without the stuff in them, put the games on the shelves with those you dont have boxs/manuels for, and store the extra stuff in a small box. You'll save space, keep those nifty extras, and be able to play all those games without any problems.

WOW this is a great idea. You know that never even crossed my mind. I guess I see a complete game and can't think to bear to break it up.
Maybe I have more problems then I realize.
