look at the 2 auctions on the link why did the complete one not even get a bid at 400 and the cart only went for over 500. also another question is i won a auction for hot slots a while back for 300 with just cart. between the 3 panesian games is one rarer than the other 2 or what or is it just when they're on ebay and who notices them?

i think the panesians only got print run of 300 or so per game(someone will correct me that is wrong)

I have a question, do the panesians have manuals? or is it just an operation card?

The 14 feedback of the one that didn't sell may have worried bidders a bit. Other than that sellers tend to get higher bids if they start the bidding a little low and let bidding wars drive the price up rather than if they just started with a high opening price.

I avoided the $400 copy because the back label was torn.
