URL for the power supply compatible specs web site

I lost the URL of that web site telling what other power supply you can use if you don't have the original one (like use the Genesis PS on a Gamegear), i can't find it on Google, i remember in the name of the site there was the word "deathskull" or something...i think... :hmm:
