I love this game! I love the company that made it too. They are the same guys that made Star Control II.

Star Control II is THE greatest game of all time for the 3DO; but I wasn't aware they made The Horde too. I have SC II but have been meaning to pick up The Horde. Rented it years back.. wasn't Kirk Cameron or Corey Haim in that game in the FMV videos as I remember (played the main character kid)?

I don't know my movie/tv celebs, but the FMV had a famous actor as the main character (your avatar). The Horde isn't SC2 good, but it is a great game, and it has a bit of the goofy brilliance found in SC2. With the remake of SC2, I wish that Toys for Bob also made a remake of The Horde. I miss that style of game, i.e. "goofy brilliance".
