Hey!
Got a few questions for you seasoned eBay vets out their. I am planning on eBaying a large lot of consoles and games as I only want to collect for NES, 2600 and ColecoVision from now on. I have bought many items off eBay, but have never actually sold anything. I’ve heard that you can make more money by parting everything out, but this seems like it would be a bit of a hassle. Here are my questions:
Is there a dramatic difference in the money that can be made by piecing out items rather than selling in a lot? Wouldn’t it cost a lot more to list a whole bunch of items than to list a single lot?
The PayPal site seems to confuse me a bit. I am not verified, but that does not seem to matter for accepting payments as long as I have upgraded to a premiere account. Since I don’t have a bank account linked to my PayPal, does money received go onto my credit card or does it just sit in my PayPal account. If the latter is the case, how do I get at it?
Anyone care to take a stab at what I should expect this lot to bid out at? (I realize I am not providing much info here, but I’m just looking for a ballpark figure)
All consoles loose (unless otherwise noted), working and with necessary hook-ups, controllers…etc
All games to be considered loose commons (unless otherwise noted)
