Being a huge TurboGrafx/PC Engine fan, I thought it'd be interesting to see what fellow DP BonkHeads use to play their games.
For those interested in probably different results, check those in a similar thread I posted at the PCEngineFX.com website here:

I'm a (region-modded) PC Engine Duo-R kinda guy.

Honest to God you're missing the option I would have chosen:
LaserActive.
I need as much consolidation as I can get! LaserActive gets my PC Engine, Mega Drive, CD's, us equivalents and LA games (not to mention laserdiscs) all in one footprint.
PS you can still edit the poll and add anything you meant to include.

I just recently picked a TG-16 up to try to relive some of my childhood. It is a pretty cool machine, too bad mine is missing the back cover. If anyone has the back plastic cover or a TurboBooster Plus they would be willing to sell for a reasonable price I may be interested.

Oh, there are a lot of options out there, but I can't figure out how to edit the poll.

About a year ago I picked up a broken Turbo Duo for 81 bucks. When it arrived, the only thing wrong with it was the missing hu card cover. Don't know why the guy said it couldn't boot cds or that hu cards just bring up a white screen, because it works perfectly. Been using that ever since.

Anybody who uses a LT daily needs their head checked :D The Laseractive option would've been great, seconding that. I'd probably go that way, though I wouldn't use the CD-ROM drive for fear of messing it up.
The only piece of NEC gaming hardware in my house right now is a PC-FX GA card for the PC-9801 series computers; scandalous, I know. I've been putting off hardware purchases for lots of consoles.

I use the TurboGrafx-16 with CD attachment.

This is a curious thing about the system. You've got to hit "add option" (or whatever it's labeled) AGAIN so you have another blank option after the last choice you added. That gets the item entered.

Now that's foolish.
How do I edit the poll itself? Want to add the LaserActive and GT/TE options at least.

Just edit the post itself. The poll will appear there with your original settings. Do as Ed says and you're on your way.

I get no such option to edit the poll :(
I don't believe it exists.
In more topical news, seems my prediction (in my head) was correct in that many more DP folk would be on the basic hardware than the more hardcore PCEngineFX'ers.

So who picked LT?
All I've got is the plain old TG-16, but what I want is the Laseractive.

My TurboExpress is great but I'm hoping to get my CD system card from D-Lite pretty soon and build a power supply for my CD setup. It's quite possible that I'll get it region-modded if everything works out and maybe get a Super System Card for it (or something better). That would be nice.
I mostly use the basic TG16 system at the moment.

I really want to go this route, but it's too expensive for me right now. Still hoping for the Duo find in the wild. ;)

I love my Duo, but collecting for it is a bear. Super CD games cost muy mucho and its nigh impossible to find the earlier stuff with the cardboard boxes. I've only got a few games, but I did manage to snag a nice boxed Cadash off Ebay last week. If my disposable income is ever measured in double digits, I'll beef up my Turbo collection.

I selected Turbo Duo, but I use it equally with my Core Grafx II with Super CD-ROM2 attachment (which wasn't an option).

All I've got is a standard TG16 with a couple of games. Damn this system's games are IMPOSSIBLE to find in the wild around me :(

Right now all I have is the regular turbo grafx which is one of my favorite systems. If I ever have a decent job I would love to get a duo mostly for the Ys games.
I wish I had a duo but at least I have my TG 16.
