I was just looking at the guide and noticed that some of the 32X games seem to be a little on the low end in terms of value and rarity.

For example, Brutal: Above the Claw is in the guide as R3 and worth $15. It's at least as rare as Putfall and Primal Rage.

After Burner and Space Harrier is in the guide as R1 and $3, while Toughman Contest is listed as R3. I see a lot more copies of Toughman Contest in the wild than I do After Burner and Space Harrier. Also, those Sega arcade titles command at least $10 or $15 a pop. More on eBay.

Finally, Primal Rage goes for as much, if not more than DarXide, but it's listed at $15.

I am just saying that maybe the 32X section needs to be re-evaluated. :)

I think your a bit off with Primal Rage at least, only the Euro-version is really rare. The US-version is maybe not the easiest to find title but I at least saw it dozens of times more then the Pal-version. For the rest I don't know about the US-market that much as I'm only intrested in games not released in Europe or Japan.

@zadoc

don't mix up US and PAL lists, they are maintained seperately and should be treated like that ;)

well, that Primal Rage (EUR) price OF COURSE of, BUT it wasn't until recently. Until that recent ebay auction there was no price tag for this one at all, as none got ever sold publically :o

the 32x list is in fact already updated and the update will be in the db next sunday i guess...

Obviously I meant the Euro version. But I think that the use version was in there for like $3, and it's easily worth $20.

On a related note, I can't find the 32x listed at all in the database. It's not listed under the System categories. Makes it hard to search for stuff when I can't sort by system. Games are in there, as is the system itself in non-cart items, but I just can't find the option of sorting by 32x as it doesn't show up on the list of systems. :hmm:
