Origin of "I Am Humanoid" samples ?

I'm wondering where the "I Am Humanoid" samples in Tony Fox's CD originate from? My guess is the "I Am" is from SINISTAR, & the "Humanoid" is from BERSERK.

Can anyone confirm/deny?
