I swear the game is crack. I've quit collecting and started collecting a ridiculous amount of times.
If anybody here has a collection of MTG, I'd be very interested in trading games for it. I have in the neighborhood of 1200 games right now. I don't have a complete list anymore, but if someone comes along and is serious about trading some good cards, I'll go make a list. My collection still includes around 400 Genesis games, over 100 SNES, and more. Plenty of good stuff to be had. Also, if any of you Michigan folks have a large collection, I've got a Double Dragon arcade and a Mame cabinet that I want out ;) .

Here's my deck if anyone is itnerested. All cards are sleeved and in pretty darn good shape.
Lands
Plains (9)
Islands(
Drifting Meadow
Ruins of Trokair (2)
Remote Isle
Forbidding Watchtower
Faerie Conclave
Stalking Stones
Adarkar Wastes
White Cards
Intrepid Hero (R)
Serra Angel (2) (Revised) (R)
Radiant, Archangel (Legend Angel) (R)
Luminous Angel (r)
Opal Titan (r)
Worship (R)
Reverse Damage (2) (R)
Harsh Justice (r) <- This card is a game winner.
Disenchant
Dismantling Blow
Congregate
Kismet
Serra's Blessing
Blue Cards
Zur's Weirding (R)
Clone (2) (Revised) (R)
Control Magic (2)
Steal Artifact (1)
Counterspell (3)
Power Sink (2)
Mana Short
Misdirection
Hesitation
Illusionary Terrain
This deck is played as a control and steal/clone deck with air
superiority. All the creatures in the deck are angels, and fly, and
most do not tap to attack. The Serra's Blessing makes all the
creatures free to attack without tapping. The counterspells,
misdirections, mana short, hesitation, power sinks, and illusionary
terrain are all excellent moves at completely destroying full turns
for your opponent.
Clone, and Control Magic allow you to easily take control of enemy
creatures. Counterspell keeps them on your side.
On the white side. Worship makes sure that your life total does not
ever drop below one as long as you control even one creature. HARSH
JUSTICE is a game winner. With or without congregate. Harsh justice is
an instant that allows you to deal equal damage to the attacking
player that he just dealt to you with ALL creatures. Drop your guard,
let them amass an army, they attack and do huge damage, and you harsh
justice/congregate. Congregate gives you 2 life for each creature in
play. This is a two card combo that immediately ends many games. The
look on the face of the opposing player is priceless.
Mainly looking for NES, SMS, and SNES titles.
LEt me know if you like it

I still have my collection from high school (about 10 years ago) and I've been looking to get rid of it. I'm not parting it out though. You would have to take all of it. I'll take a picture so you can see how big it is and we can go from there if you want.

Are you looking for any particular cards, series or effects/creatures?
Boy howdy is this thread going to get flooded with people looking to dump their cards quick.

I'm not really looking for any particular cards as of yet. I'm just looking to really bulk up my collection. I'd be more interested in stuff pre-'96, but if there's a lot of cards and the price is right, I'll take anything.

Fire me off a list of your games and send me a PM with what you might be interested in. I literally have thousands and thousands of cards - and I've been considering getting rid of them as they are sitting around collectinig dust. No beta / alpha stuff really - but lots of Ice Age, Homelands, Mirage, Legends, Tempest, Stronghold, 3rd,4th,5th edition, and more - god I can't remember all of them. Basically TONS of everything from post alpha to Stronghold. Tons of rares and I'd be willing to deal trust me. I can get you a photo maybe of the boxes of stuff I have - I would say 12000 cards maybe? I would love for it to go to a home where it would be well loved.

These have been sitting in my dresser for a year now, I'd really like to just get rid of them. There's over 1000 cards there in varying degrees of condition. Most of the good ones are in the box. I don't know anything about magic other then how to play, I wasn't the collector my brother was. So I couldn't tell you about any rares or anything like that. They're all older cards we haven't bought anything new in years. But I'd gladly trade them all for a game or two if you have anything I've been looking for.

I have a bunch too, I'd have to go look at them to find out what I have though. I know they're mostly from Ice Ages and before, but no Alpha/Beta. Most of the good cards are in White/Blue/Red and Artifacts. I know at one point we had several Serph Angels and Shivan Dragons. I also know I had a Doppelganger too. They've been played with, but they all should be in pretty good shape.

I have several thousand cards, too (between 12-15k), that I'm trying to decide whether or not to get rid of. Some of the cards include a Fork (Revised), an Icy Manipulator (Unlimited), a Decree of Justice (Scourge), a Wrath of God (Portal), 8 Armageddon (Revised-8th, Portal), among all those others... It isn't the collection it once was, but it's still about $10k catalog value. Yes, there are a couple cards from Beta in there, as well as about 20 cards from Unlimited, but the bulk is Revised to Urza block. I'd probably part with it for about $900 or so worth of games, that is, if you had a reasonable list available... Most of what I'm looking for is older stuff (Atari (any of 'em), NES, SNES, Neo-Geo, and PS1), so maybe we can start from there... PM if you're interested...
