A few questions about the Playstation:

First, released or not released?
Hasbro Battleship (1997?)
Jumpstart Kindergarten (2002?)
Jeanette Lee's Virtual Pool (2002?)

Second, there was a list of Longbox games that DP wrote up. I know, at the least, that Johnny Bazookatone, Need for Speed 2 and Theme Park, from that list, were also released as non-GH packaged, jewel-cases. Were these three all also in Longbox, and which other LB titles had a non-GH, jewel-case release in addition to the LB.

Games with multiple covers? I know that Yu-Gi-Oh has a normal and a "Premium" cover (the premium has a YuGiOh card ad on it). Also, Bass Landing was released by Tommo and later by ASCII. Any others?

Finally, I searched, but must've missed it. List of PSX Greatest Hits titles?

Thanks,
Kevin

From all of the info that I have, here are my answers to this. I might be wrong.
Hasbro Battleship (1997?) No
Jumpstart Kindergarten (2002?) No
Jeanette Lee's Virtual Pool (2002?) There is a virtual Pool, but I don't think it's Jeanette Lee's

Your long box question confuses me a bit. There are no GH long box games. There are Long box games that later came out in a small Jewl and then became GH (Resident Evil). The 3 (except for NFS2 I think it was NFS1) that you mention where all long box games and probably went into the cd jewl on their second run.

Second to last, I know that Air Combat has 2 covers in the long box form. One has a picture of the face of a pilot with the air mask thingy and the other has the plane on the front. That is all that I know of.

Lastly, The PSX list DP put together has in the description if it was a GH. Also here is my list as of 2001. I have not compiled 2002 yet.

Jumpstart Kindergarten:

http://half.ebay.com/cat/buy/prod.cgi?cpid=1061182382&domain_id=1794&meta_id=4

Thats saying it was an Oct 2001 release, but is available instock.

Jeanette Lee's Virtual Pool, is listed as Virtual Pool With Jeanette Lee on Buy.com, and has a 1/10/03 release date, no picture available as of yet. It's not currently in stock.

LOL Those are the DP forum's Greatest hits guess thats not exactly what you were looking for. :D I don't believe there was ever an official list posted of the GH titles.

btw heres another GH list on IGN it seems to differ from the above one:

I Got the Dot...those 3 titles were listed on the Longbox list from Tips & Tricks. My question about them was
a) were they longbox titles, as I've only seem them in jewel cases
b) what titles have been released as both a long box and as a jewel case, not counting those that were long box then greatest hits. For instance, Resident Evil, which has the 3 versions.

VGA...the IGN list is a year old, though. That's the only one I've seen, though DP's guide does have a pretty accurate list. It was my PSX list that was up here. As DP and company are working on one (I was very busy with school during the beginning of work on the big list, plus the pricing structure they use doesn't work for me - I need a list that tells ebay prices so I know what to buy at when I buy collections to auction, rather than fair trading prices). I'm almost done updating my list - it's very accurate at this stage, the rarities and prices are more spot on because the timeframe I've been watching is longer, and I'll have longbox and gh listed. The DP list has the release date and game info, like the book, so if you want that, I highly recommend that list.

VGA...Also, that half.com listing was what made me wonder if the game (Jumpstart Kindergarten) was released. I find no other source that claims to sell it or has information on it, even sources like allgame.com that list a bunch of games that were never released, so I tend to think it didn't come out.

a) were they longbox titles, as I've only seem them in jewel cases

I have JB and I have seen Theme Park. I am not sure about NFS2, but DP is usually right when it comes to lists.

b) what titles have been released as both a long box and as a jewel case, not counting those that were long box then greatest hits. For instance, Resident Evil, which has the 3 versions.

I don't know which ones, but quite a few appear both as Long Box and cd jewl. You could take the DP long box list and do a search on Ebay. That usually answers a lot of questions.

Maybe not. At first glance it would apear it did come out, otherwise why would several different seller's be listing it on half.com, but actually if you look at their descriptions a couple sellers actually state that it is not JumpStart Kindergaten, but actually JumpStart Wildlife Safari. :/

Which was released btw, this isn't on DP's list either, but it's available on Amazon, and up above on Half.com and was on ebay recently.

It's listed on Vivendi Universdal's website:
http://www.vugames.com/vug/product.do?gamePlatformId=104

Yet there's no mention of JS: Kindergaten, so I don't think there is one.
