It seems the rarity for Japanese release MegaDrive Spiderman by Sega is unknown?
any update on this one?

All JP Mega Drive games currently have a rating of 0. That's not likely to change until we can recruit a suitable JP expert into the fold - aside from the very common or very rare games, I don't really have much idea.
