I was considering buying a replacement screen from my Sega Game Gear, so I decided to make sure that I knew how to open it up and put it in, before I bought it. Well I removed 2 of the screws on the left side, but when I got to the right side the screwdriver kept slipping.. I examined closer and realized that the 2 screws were stripped. How do I get them out now?

PS. I know this isn't the right forum for this, but if anyone knows anything about turntable repair/troubleshooting (More specifically the ADC Accutrac 4000) could you PM me... Thanks.

Small drill bit.

Like he said, you could drill off the top if the screw and then use pliers to remove the threads once the system is apart. Or you might be able to get a small pair of pliers into the system and just do it that way. I don't have one though, so I have no idea as to what is feasible.

Also, if it's the plastic that is stripped, you can just yank the casing off.
