hi guys-- long time lurker here

i've had a vib-ribbon tshirt (w/ packaging) that has just been sitting in my closet for a year or so, and i never thought much of it since i put it there because it doesn't fit me. but then i considered maybe its actually worth something?

i haven't seen it before and was wondering if anyone knows the value, print run, or anything else about it.

judging by the packaging it was a promotion of sorts with pre-orders maybe? it says "not for sale" and "attach cd here".

it is a small black v-neck shirt, with silver lettering. the packaging is clear vinyl plastic, with a large pink insert card (think vinyl record sleeve size).

if anyone has any info on this item, i would be greatful! thanks guys!

i will try to get pictures--but my digital camera is ancient :/

NCS was selling some old stock of these that they dug up about a year ago. They had no problem selling them (probably at $15-20). That's all I remember. It was probably a promo with the first run.

No idea what the value of it is, but there are a few pics of Achika at one of our local meetings sporting it here:

LOL i believe i sold her that shirt- i think the current value depends on who you're dealing with, honestly. as it's a one size fits small shirt, it's not going to appeal to someone who wants to wear it, but i'd say about $15-$20 is a good price.

there were a bunch of promo shirts packed with games sold in japan. tekken 3 and ergheiz were two games that came as standard editions or packed in gift boxes with t-shirts. i think namco used the same size shirt box for their analog controller/game combo...
