Unfortunately not $3 or $5 games, but all of the following are $15 and first-rate titles (new):
All for $15:
EB Games
X-Men Legends (all 3 platforms)
Spiderman 2 (all 3 platforms)
Target
Jak II
Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando
Burnout 3 (all two platforms)
The games from Target are offered for that price in the Greatest Hits/Platinum versions and the regular versions, depending what your Target has in stock.

Back in November or so of last year, Target had a $14.77 sale and their ad said "ALL" GH-type games for GC, XBox and PS2. I got to the store and they had Super Smash Bros Melee (Player's Choice package) but they had it marked as $29.99 in the case.
I called over the lady working at the counter to get the game out for me and scan it, and it came up $29.99 and so I requested the manager. He came over, scanned it and told me it was $29.99. I showed him thier own copy of the ad (the one they keep at their register at all times) and he took a minute or so of looking back and forth between the game and the ad before telling me I was right. So then he suddenly wanders off without telling the cashier that I get it for the sale price. I had wandered away myself a short distance to look at other games, turned around and he was gone. O_O
After about 10-20 minutes of pussy footing around off god knows where (hoping I'd give up waiting?) the manager came back gave it to me for $14.77. 8-)
It's not like I wanted to buy all they had. Plus I was buying 3 others they had on sale that were coming up correctly as being on sale. They just hated they had they to sell a game for below half price. LOL

I think they stopped putting SSBM in Player's Choice packaging heh. All the ones we've gotten shipped to us recently at EB are unmarked with the yellow stripe.

I wonder if the Player's Choice package of SSBM will become 'valuable' to collectors since it didn't last very long and is probably one of the few (if only?) title Nintendo decided they could still sell for more, vs other Player's Choice titles. LOL
