Vectrex repros. Deceiving or not?

Do you guys think this is deceiving? I had these on my watch-list but i just noticed that these are repros. It does say so in the description, but he almost had me fooled. Somehow i think this guy is going to get a negative for these...

I don't see a problem with it since he's clearly stating they are repros.

If someone bids thinking otherwise then that's their own fault for not reading the description - I know I would never bid on something listed in a different language without translating eveything beforehand.

True, although the 'clearly' is debatable seeing that 4 people just bid over EUR 100,- (well one only 98,65) for a reproduction cart whose ROM you can freely download. I should start making those with profits like that...

The only reason I see that someone has for bidding without knowing that its a repro is that they either didn't read the description or they did and don't understand the language and neither is the seller's fault.

I babel fished the last two sentences :
A REPRODUCTION CONCERNS THE ARTICLE IS USED AND WITH CUSTOMS TRACES...

Still leave me a bit dry.......Glad I didnt bid on that other one last month or so..There is probably a FLOOD of these. I wonder how to discern a real one then???

I emailed the buyer on Minestorm about it...His reply :

So I guess maybe he does know what he's doing...and its real?
