Great O2 moment:
I take my o2 over to my friend Angela's house. She was born about the time it was made and had never seen one. After several hour of play, she issues the ultimate pronouncement: "This is so much better than the Atari!"
Out of the mouths of babes, folks....
Sounds very familiar. A friend of mine back in the early 80's said the same exact thing - and he had a 2600 also. He loved UFO over Asteroids, Pick Axe Pete over Donky Kong, KC Munchkin over Pac-Man, etc., etc.

I have a great O2 story
My mother babysits her friends kids on occasion, and when they came over, they were fascinated by my VG collection. Then they looked at my A/V modded O2 and asked what it was. I gave them a short history lesson and they were like woooooow, video games are old!
So I boot it up for them (smithereens! with the voice module) and they spent the next two hours battling each other and laughing. Today's 9 year old kids (who come from a very rich family mind you, and have a PSX and GBAs at their house) marvelling over the O2.
That was sweet.
