View Full Version : Nintendo DS 3d games
So far we have seen a succesfull port of super mario 64 ds, and Rayman. I was wondering if anyone else was wondering when some origional 3d games were gonna be released on teh DS. I mean, we know it can handle 3d graphics, but when are we gonna see some origional content? It seems like most of the games are 2d.

id love to see some musashi/animal crossing type 3d games, i think the ds isnt really ideal for platformers like mario (its hard to do it right, look at mario, it has plenty of controlling problems).
but most of all id like to see some 3d shooters and non pixel-hell driving games.
I wanna see an all new 3d SMB game in the vein of Mario 64 DS.

Wait until Pac 'n Roll comes out. That game looks simply amazing. It looks like Super Monkey ball turned into a platformer!

Actually, short and useless posts that do nothing for the conversation must die, but that's another matter...
I disagree with whomever said the DS wasn't meant for platformers like Mario. I think it could do them quite well. I'd just like to *see* one at this point though - sometimes being an early adopter just *kills* me.

wow sonic rush looks really good, I just hope the 3d levels are not crappy add-on mini games or something.
