Board Moderators Please Advise

For those that Moderate these boards is there any reason I have to put up with getting Personal Messages like this from other users. I post up an item for sale and received this personal message from Magus.

I personally think there needs to be some sort of IQ test before accepting new members. Make it a quick timed test, so there's not enough time simply google all the answers, and change the questions at random, so no two tests are alike. :D

This would block out most of the immature little bastards who infest this board with bad manners, rotten trades, and zero style. 8-)
