Sega Dreamcast Questions

Looking for CD variations - here's my best guess. Can you confirm any/many of these?

Sonic Adventure in "Limited Edition"
Shenmue in "Limited Edition"

Sega All-Star packaging: Hydro Thunder, Ready 2 Rumble, Blitz 2000, Crazy Taxi, World Series 2k1, Sega Bass Fishing, Sonic Adventure, House of the Dead 2, Virtua Tennis, NFL 2k, NBa 2k. I'm almost sure there are more than this, but can't find a list anywhere. Unlike PSX GH, a lot of games are much more common in their original state than in the SAS, so it's tough to look up.

Other Alternate Versions:
I believe the Sports Pack games included "Not for Resale" on the disc. Which were these? Was the Sega Smash Pack different in the Dreamcast packin? Any other packins with different labeling?

Shenmue Limited Edition has a soundtrack CD included and a diff. style case....I think it may be the hardest to get regular run game as far as I know......I have that one so at least I can confirm that one, don't know about the others.......
