It COULD be a very nice lot, but don't you think a few pictures MAY help the bidding??

Pretty smart use of keyword spamming in an indirect way by just naming the games that he doesn't have.
I notice that he didn't say to cross off Stadium Events, NWC, Cheetahmen II or 6 in 1.

WoW! it is like a interactive auction. I am going to print out the list that the seller refers to and grab my marker! This is going to be fun!

I agree, pictures would be nice. Strange that most of the games that are missing are fairly common. O_O

Who dosen't have fucking Mario Bros.?!??!?!?!?!?!

Mario Bros - is the arcade classic version not SMB1.
Tiny Toons is another common she did not have
This buyer does have Stadium Events. Search around the DP boards and one will see that she bought one (and likely overpaid at the time).
As for NWC, that is doubtful but worth asking.
She herself says she has Cheetahmen II (including the box).
Finally, this seller has only bought some of the highest quality games, this lot is truly a special one. Picutres wouldn't hurt though.

If none of you noticed, that is the dreaded "Neswomen" that is the seller. That is quite the collection, and probabley the largest ever to hit the Bay. I find it REALLY weird that some of the games she doesn't have are extremely common. Ultimate Air Combat???

Be careful, according to the first sentence the winning bidder may get more then they bargained for:
Up for auction is a collection of games and ass. :moon:

I wouldnt count NWC when its not a game of it own.
But its a huge collection :) Wonder what the reserve is.

Fyi, the Myriad 6 in 1 and the NWC1990 are not on Etler's list, at least not the first 17 pages.

That's a sneaky way to avoid listing additional games that are not included.

I wouldn't call ultimate air combat 'extremely common' by any stretch. It's a pretty rare game actually, just not in huge demand.

Well, she (who knows if it's even a girl) has been outbidding me for quite some time now, and usually on very high end items. For a while there she was winning alot of the sought after NES games on Ebay, and she would pay WAY too much!!!
I do know that she bought a Stadium Events last year, and a complete (MINT) Cheetahmen 2 for $310!!! I also remember her paying $500 for a Bubble Bath Babes, but for some reason it is listed as one of the games she doesn't have. Maybe the sale never went through.

It sounds like the Stadium Events neswomen has is likely a PAL version. Also, sounds like the seller may be a man.

i always hate auctions such as this. theres no reason for this person to not have pictures. and theres no reason for such a crappy description of the items being sold as well. if youre selling several thousand dollars worth of stuff, the least you can do is buy a $10 webcam to take pictures of what youre selling and spend more than 2 minutes on the listing. especially in a situation such as this where this person has never sold anything on ebay before.
all that being said, this would be a very nice auction to pick up. and, this buyer has bought a lot of big nes items, so one would figure they have all this stuff. putting up several thousand dollars when youre only protected for one thousand is never fun though.

Well seller claims he doesn't know how to get the pics on ebay. To big for ebay. doesn't know how to resize.

Well we all know neswomen is a dipshit. Paid insane amounts for cheetahmen as well as well as a ton others. I remember they bid a motorcity patrol up to 38 bucks (just with box).
I for one won't be bidding on this auction and even if i had the cash on, she/he/it would HAVE to show me some pictures. No pictures no cash... no cash no ass...err... i mean no money for neswomen. if she/he/it were smart, they would sell the collection a game at a time, grow some balls and LEARN how to post pictures on ebay.

Qix is funny.
Yeah I agree, unless there were some pics I wouldnt consider buying.
I don't undertsand why you wouldnt though.
Pics could easily drive the final price up hundreds or more.

I thought for sure the reserve would have been around the $6000 mark, but the auction is now over EIGHT GRAND and the reserve still has not been met. I guess this falls in line with the way neswomen bids though ... she has consistently paid more than the typical gamer. I almost wonder if the reserve won't be met and if she is "selling" this auction as an appraisal for insurance purposes.

How the hell can you bid $8,000 + without so much as a picture?
But then again, why would someone make an auction like this and just lie about it? :hmm:

Anyone bidding that much on an auction that weighs 200+ pounds is likely planning to pick it up in person. At least I would hope so.

have you seen some of the auctions we have posted in this forum? People lie all the time, especially with NES sctuff (i.e the auctions with portnoyds stadium events photo).
