Monthly fee is $12.00 so not the most expensive MMORPG.
My experience is they're basically charging for a Beta test. Lots of empty buildings, references to landmarks and features not implemented while I played. Also the economy is one of those where you'll have to grind for 12 hours to get the money for anything nice, which by the time you can afford, will be eclipsed by something more powerful you'll have to go back to grinding to have any chance at.
In short, think Everquest or WoW with glaring omissions in content, and way more grinding time. Very good music, however, and the art style is unique among MMOs, I just did not like the gameplay enough to keep on it for very long.
