What is "media only version"? Dont u usualy see the EEPROM's on NES prototypes?
Are they the same as the retail version or are they diffrent?

Media version = clever way of saying 'prototype' to avoid eBay filters.

I couldn't tell you if they are different or not. I never had the roms dumped and only played them to see if they booted up and they do.
