My 1000th Game!!

Hey everybody,
I am really excited now, because I just came home with a nice lot of semi-rare NES and SNES games. But thats not why I am excited.
This morning, I had 996 games (individual titles) in my collection. Today, I went and picked up about 25 games, which put me over the 1000 mark!
There is a link to pictures of my collection in my signature, but that really needs to be updated (those were probably taken when I had 750 games or so.)

Anyways, I am really proud of myself reaching 1000 games because I have only been collecting for about 10 months now. Which, if you think about it, is insane that I have 1000 games.

I wish I had 999 games, because then I would go out and buy 1 game and it would be known as 'my 1000th game.' Whatever though, 1 of these 25 is my 1000th. 8-)

Wow you have so many. I've just got 66. But that's probably I don't collect for collection sake, I just want something to keep me from being bored. And my tastes are somewhat narrow.

Congratulations. :) I hope to hit 600 by the end of the summer. I think it was last summer when I hit 500. 1000 is a long ways off for me, since I'm so broke all of time and so much of my spending money goes towards gaming merchandise.

ive been collecting for about a year now and have 225 games. they are ALL MIB though. i dont collect or count ones that arent. also that doesnt include my pc games.


well congrats man! hope you play at least 10% of those, and more importantly, i sincerely hope they make you happy (thats the most important thing to a collector)

Congrates, I've been collecting for 2 1/2 years and am up to 900 games exactly. It gaeeting to the point were I dont know were to put them. I need a library, to house them all.

People say I am rich.
I think its more the fact that I make a good income and I still live with my parents. Therefore, other than putting a few bucks in the bank, video games is the only thing that takes my money. I don't have to pay for rent, food, or anything. Except video games. 8-)
