Is Wario related to Mario? Is he a bastard child or is he just Mario's deformed twin. What's the deal?

Both topics are unrelated. Where in the rules does it say that everything has to be in one topic? Plus both of them are not questions.

The following is from Wikipedia...take it for what it is worth:
Wario (pronounced wa-RE-oh or war-E-oh) is a character in Nintendo's Mario series.
Wario is Mario's self-proclaimed arch-nemesis and evil doppelganger. Though he resembles an evil twin, the two are believed to be unrelated.
Unlike Mario, who is heroic and kind, Wario is greedy, lazy, and ill-mannered. He is hugely jealous of Mario's fame, and has frequently tried to steal enough wealth to make himself as beloved as Mario. Such plans almost always backfire, however. Mario has only directly fought Wario once; since then Wario's antics have occurred largely in the background of the rest of the Mario universe.
According to a comic story published in Nintendo Power, the reason Wario acts the way he does is because Mario, ironically, was a bully to him when he was young. Wario especially hated playing cowboys, because he was almost always the rustler that the sheriff, played by Mario, had to arrest.
The name "Wario" can be taken to be a blending of Mario's own name with the Japanese adjective warui (悪い) meaning "bad"; hence, a "bad Mario". In America, the name is often seen as being a play on the word "war" and the fact that the letter "W" resembles an upside down "M."
It is speculated by fans that Wario and Waluigi are brothers or related in some other way because of their distinct similarities. Also, in Mario Party 6, when you select Wario and Waluigi to play as a team, their team name says "Wicked Bros.", if they actually are brothers or not remains to be seen. Then again, in Super Smash Bros. Melee, the Waluigi trophy says "his relationship to Wario is unclear".
He first appeared in Super Mario Land 2 for the Game Boy as an antagonist who stole Mario's castle. His actions have since been less deviant, and more focused on doing bad onto baddies like Captain Syrup. He also starred in a series of five games entitled Wario Land for the Game Boy, Virtual Boy, Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance, and a GameCube game entitled Wario World created by Treasure Co. Ltd for the GameCube.
Later, in the Wario Ware, Inc. series, Wario starts a video game factory with his friends. His clothes are dramatically different in this series, similar to those of a motorcyclist.

Well I'm now more informed then I ever thought I would be about Wario. I wonder what the big N's official story is about Wario and Waluigi.
