anyone up to date on 'Michigan - Report From Hell'?

a survival-horror title for the ps2, you are involved with a news crew camera-man. i'm guessing it will be some kind of hybrid of style used in lifeline and the blair witch movies (perhaps?). its supposedly seeing a release in the UK on the 30th, and the japanese version has been out for a while.

I read about the Japanese version in EGM..it's not set in the state of Michigan, it's set in Chicago. @_@ Yes, it's odd. Also, the game looks gory from what I've seen.

I remember reading about that when it was only out in Japan, didnt know it was coming out in the UK. Maybe it'll get a US release.

I believe the "Michigan" in the title referred to the lake, not the state.

Yeah, I read about this one a while ago as well - in PSM magazine, I think back in November '04. I'd love it if this one came out here. I love survival horror and although I am a die-hard for Resident Evil and Silent Hill (Silent Hill is better, nyah!) I am very interested in different takes on the survival horror genre - and Haunting Ground didn't really keep me all that interesting. Siren is excellent, this looks like it could be cool.
