How to search for games not released in the US?

Is there a way to do this? Just asking for non-US releases doesn't do what I want, which is to get a list of games that weren't released in the US for a particular system. For example, how would I get a list of all Megadrive games that were only released outside the US, with no Genesis equivalents?

there is no way (at the moment) to search for exclusive country releases.

exclusives?? not sure if that will ever happen, sorry

for country-specific release lists, i'm pretty sure it's on on Joes to-do-list (at least the pal <-> jap split) but there are obviously more important things right now

If you're just looking for Mega Drive exclusives, you could buy the Advance guide - it lists all the PAL MD games that weren't released in the US.

They're all noted as such in the database descriptions, but there's currently no way to search just for the exclusives.
