$315 is a bit steep but they sure are pretty.

That is the problem with Limited Edition these days. Limited Edition should not mean added $$$. LE should be a Pre-pay first come first served thing. Sony US trying to cash in on some different colored plastic cases is a slap in the face to gamers. Nintendo does this for free (or the same price anyway. The silver GC doesn't cost $199)

Why is the "set of 5" over $100 more expensive than all of them bought individually? Is it some kind of special set? I'm just assuming that it means you're only buying all 5.

I think this is cool but not at the same time. I'd buy this one if it was a little cheaper. 8-)

If I could get a hold of the silver model, replace the tray loading design with flip top design, and tweak it a bit, I could make the PS2 pass for a DeLorean complete with gull wing door. LOL

It's because they know they're are a HUGE segment of stupid gamers who will. They're the same one's who ran out to buy Worst Buys and Comp USA's overpriced system bundles. They're too dumb to do basic math. System=$300, 2 games say $50 each, extra controller=$29, WB and C.uSa's total=$500. Huh? Where did the other money go?
