I'm trying to open my nomad because the bright switch fell off and is inside the system. I've got a 3.8 mm and 4.5 mm big, but they are are not narrorw enogh to fit all the way down the nomad screw hole.

Does anybody have a link to a bit that is narrow enough to reach the screw?

Try a glasses tool (looooong skinny screwdriver). You can get them at sunglasshuts and eye doctors.

I bought a 3.8mm screwbit on Ebay once. It didnt fit down the screwholes. So I manage to grind it down and now it fit. It might be that the screwbits you have bought are 1-2mm bigger, like mine were.

I bought the same tool of ebay and its a tight fit. You can kind of get it down there if you really hammer it down. I guess I 'll just have to widen the hole a little.

Try to messure the screwbits. See if they really are 3.8mm and 4.5mm.

They are the correct bits, and EVERYONE has problems with the nomad.
Most of my customers have the best luck grinding the bits down some, or if you feel like it, drilling out the holes in the system a bit bigger (obviously grinding the bits is preferable)
