Did/do these all come in standard Gamecube plastic cases, or are they occasionally released in DVD keep cases?

All of them are in GameCube-style cases. They have a white insert if there aren't any M-rated games on the disc, and a black insert if there are.

Cheers for that bit of info... had wondered why some inserts were white and some were black.

I'm pretty sure the only 2 M-rated games to see a GameCube demo disc are Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes and Resident Evil 4.

I do know that MGS was on the first black one I saw.

The discs are also color coded with the inserts.

EDIT: Upon further scrutiny I think I'm incorrect. Volume 18 doesn't have an M-rated game on it but the case is black. :embarrassed: I've been out of the retail loop for a while now and I haven't seen one in a long time.

Thanks for the responses guys. There's one on eBay in a DVD case, and I've been debating whether it was worth it or not. Of course, I usually get outbid anyway, so it might have been a moot point...

You can always get someone to scan the original and then you can print out a copy of the slip cover
