I just got this yesterday and I like it.
:embarrassed:

Crap just realized that doing jumping jacks sucks !1
During the setup of the game to learn your average heart rate they make you do 2 min worth of intense jumping jacks to figure out your active heart rate.

My knees and legs were burning like hell after 1 min of that!

After I finished that up I setup a workout with the focus of weight loss. I do 15 min everymoring starting this morning.

I woke up made some bacon and eggs then went at it .
I upped the difficulty 1 stage becuase I wasnt feeling it.

The after the warmup stage I was like WOAH my arms are friggin burning! and that was with no workout gear at all .

Before you start your workout they ask you what gear you have so that they can taylor your workout based on what you have to work with .

Your personal trainer isnt bad either during the workout at certain points she will ask you how your doing and you have to answer her, she does give you 3 different thigs you can select for a answer like "I can barely keep up" or "Im sweatin" She also asks you before you start how your doing today and one of the answers you can select is " Your lucky I showed up today" If you pick that she will tell you that your lucky that she showed up for you.

Overall Its way better than track meet with a power pad but If your just looking to do cardio DDR with the pad would be a better choice.

The software was designed more for women but men can use it too. I have the game and found it interesting at how the instructor, "Maya" is actually "there"--unlike a videotape or a DVD she is able to adjust to you and what you're doing.

Also of note, if you miss a workout, Maya will ask you what happened and tell you that you missed a workout date.

that game will probably be rare in a few years. i'd hold onto it even if you're tired of exercising.
