I've seen posts in other threads about making user created artwork for packaging Neo Geo games, demos, etc. My problem is this, lots of pack in titles never had a cardboard box and will thus never be able to join the rest of the happy family on my shelves. What I was wondering is if anybody knows of a site where I can find fan created images I can print out and use to create boxes for games that never had them. Specifically, below are the games in question. Please let me know if any of these have been released later with boxes.

Keith Courage (TG-16)
Tetris (GB)
Columns (GG)
Lights Out (Game.com)
SMB/ Duck Hunt (NES)
SMB/ Duck Hunt/ World Class Track Meet (NES)

I think thats all of them, but there may be others that I'm not thinking of. I was also looking for an insert to make a nice box for Pac Man Vs. (GCN). I know it was packed into the Players Choice one, but I'd like to make a box for the sleeve version. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

I'm looking for a cardboard outer box. Like the rest of the HuCards came with.

Keith Courage never had a box. It's the only U.S. TG16 release with no box. Annoying as Hell for completists. LOL

If one doesn't exist, make one. I own a custom Atari 2600 double-ender (Malagai/Gauntlet) and the guy who manufactured it also made a box to go with it. All you need is the right dimensions, a good software tool to edit the artwork, and the right paper stock (print quality and thickness).
