I would like to know just how much I should ask for an arcade machine of Noah's ark. The cabinet has been out of use for a LONG time, but I think it still works and it looks great on the outside. Also, acording to the mame dumpers the game is rare, or at least hard to find.

Well the biggest price factor would be whether you think it still works, or whether it still works. Older games like that often have a lot of proprietary parts, so it would be important to know the exact condition of the machine. The other thing working against the game is that I've never heard of it, so it's not going to bring in the higher prices of some of the better known games of that era.
You will find that videogame prices are very subjective.

Unfortunately, there's not gonna be a hard and fast rule to this one, as it mainly depends upon how much you want it. Close second is how much the seller wants to get rid of it. :)
Rare as it may be, I'd pass on it unless I could get it for a song, since I'm not particularly interested in that game. I was never impressed with any of those Moppet Video titles in the first place. Course, that's one of the main reasons it's tough to find today.
If doesn't work at all, you're still probably looking at a minimum of $150 or so. If everything's intact and it works, expect to pay more. If the seller has any familiarity with arcade games, probably $300 and up.
Are you trying to sell it, or buy it? If you're trying to sell it, find out if it works, and put it on ebay... for some reason there's a few people that'll pay WAY too much for those things (I assume it's a Moppet, correct?).
If you're buying it, low ball the guy and put it on ebay :P .

That sounds good but, 1: I work for the guy, 2: He knows a LOT about arcades 3: I want to get the roms dumped for archival sake 1st, then it goes to Ebay. :D

There are a couple collecters out there that are always looking for Moppets. There's a guy named Ron Cegron in Austin that is a big fan of these. Another guy in Arizona, but his name is escaping me right now. Your best bet would be to check with the people in RGVAC. I'm sure you can find a buyer there!
Also... the guy from www.tokenwarehouse.com is really into them (he's in Arkansas IIRC).
