Zozo: http://www.ffcompendium.com/~Skylark/ff6/Image797.gif " I hate fighting so I better let you nice folks pass"

Also Figaro and Narshe get mentions.

Probably Zozo. Partly because of the great dialogue, but also because of the awesome music.

Moonside from Earthbound beats it though.

Zozo was cool because it was the only time in an rpg i've played where you have random battles in a town. Narshe was nice too, what with the Moogles in the caves and all.

Gotta say I love the topic, man im wanting to play through this game

but I would say Narshe or zozo are my favorite towns

they are great, nothing like going through zozo to get the chainsaw

but also like Narshe for the beginning and the world of ruin

man i miss this game so much

i wish there were enemy sprites in the FF shop. the zozo boss was so bizarre looking.

Who Dadaluma? I liked his pants. Yes he's some kind of ninja I gather.

dadaluma and vargas shared the same non-battle sprite. i always found that kind of odd.

Might be palette swaps, where they are the same but colored in different ways or slightly different hair cut ect... like how some enemies are. NPC like Vicks and Wedge had the same palette but without color differences I belive. I always thought The emperor looked like a Dogman before I examine this sprite closely and understood his true appearance.

I always liked South Figaro during the occupation. Locke was one of my favorite characters from the game, plus it was kind of cool having to steal uniforms and whatnot.

I always thought the Returners' base seemed pretty cozy and warm, a nice abode. For some reason I never wanted to leave; this is one of the rare times that I wished I was part of a video game. I had a similar feeling in the "tutorial" part of Narshe at the beginning, with the scholars, etc. What a fun game that was. Great topic.

Figaro. What's cooler then a castle that can submerge and resurface elsewhere?

Nice topic!

Either South Figaro or Zozo.
