Has anyone ever cleaned the screens of their ds,psp or any other handheld with windex? I usually use eyeglass cleaner which works great and has no harmful effects on the systems. However i'm out of that at the moment and wondering if windex will work.
DOnt that stuff isn't good for plastics, its a chemical stripper.

Windex has amonia, and it clouds LCD screens. I think those two facts are related but am unsure.
So, uh... don't!

Most glass cleaners have ammonia as mentioned. You can get away with it if there is something glue like on the unit.
If you make a habit of using glass cleaner it will DEFINITELY get the hazing on the screen and look like there is now a nice fog setting when you go to looking for the princes.
They make a baby safe glass cleaner, no ammonia, safe for plastics. Still, I say a soft cloth and nothing else. Just make sure if there is something gritty on screen remove carefully before wiping down or get the nice zigzag effect.
