I've been collecting the same systems for about 2 years now (NES,SNES and SMS) And I am ready to start 2 new collections.
PSX and DC.
Any tips are starting collections for relatively new systems?

Yes...always be patient....you will come across most "rare" stuff eventually for a lower price if you wait it out (at least in my experience). Also, newer stuff has mostly higher print runs..makes it easier to get.

My tip for PSX and DC - the expensive games are not hard to find. There's nothing that rare, so just wait. Recently, I've picked up...
Intelligent Qube for 30, Devil Dice for 10, Marvel Capcom 2 DC for 10, Cannon Spike for 15, Sonic LE for 28, Suikoden for 10
That's just in the last couple months. There's nothing rare enough that you should go to ebay for, at least not yet, unlike with Atari and NES.
Also, I'd say start on the PSX - games are dirt cheap for it right now, while the DC games seem to be stabilizing. From September to December, when I've been tracking, a bunch of games have doubled in ebay price for the PSX, among them DDRs, the Suikodens, Brunswick Bowling 2 and a few others. Now's the time.
