Does anyone know if a Gamecube released game checklist exists? I know Nintendo has a master list on their website but it's not formated well for printing and using as a checklist.

Copy the page into an Excel spreadsheet, it formats okay.

The Gamecube section of the Online Rarity Guide on this site is much more accurate then Nintendo's "Master List". I should know, I maintain it. :)

Is there any way to make it display US titles only? I saw a PAL only option but that's not what I want. :P

how about you select "US Games" LOL (it's right there in the Section(s) part
i just wanted to add that the PAL list is maintained by me, not Mike, so he doesn't get all the angry pms because of faults :P
