Galaga cocktail underlay

Does anyone know of a place that sells a Galaga cocktail glass underlay that actually has the Bally/Midway logo on it? Every one I've seen doesn't have the logo's. It just says "Liscensed from Namco" I will not buy replacement art unless it looks dead up like the original.

Yes, I'm that picky. :D
