One of my friend Mathieu find these two "Sample Game Pak by LJN" (like it said on the label). He played the two and it can't find any difference between them and the release version on the market. So, i'm 99,9% sure that this was some pre-release game send to videogame magazine for a review before the launch in store.

Can this be considered like a prototype or not ?

It's seem closer to the "Demo Only" cart we haved seen on the SNES who are like the real game anyway ?

they kind of look made-up

I don't understand what you trying to tell me ?

The SNES Demi i have his Contra 3 Aliens War.

It's possible they are made-up, when i will be able to get them in my hands on it, i will be able to made a opinion for myself.

The SNES demos were for store display, like in a Toys R Us.

Gotcha is most likely a proto. The label on the chips is kind of a give away. Karate Kid looks like a production sample. And yes, they look like review copies more than anything.

I'll take the Karate Kid if the owner wants to sell.
