what is the voltage of the sega Genesis 2 it dont say on the unit... i need a power supply as i just noticed that the one i just got dont have one (i have one of those multi voltage power supplys but dont want to break the unit before i use it)... i looked back 5 pages in back messages with no luck...

If you got a spare PS1 adaptor, that should also work i've heard. I think they got the same voltage, I know they got the game end that plugs into the system, and I have powered a Genny 2 with one before, though not for extended use. The same Genesis 2 adaptor I've heard also works on a lot of other systems, but ones I dont have and I dont remember what systems.
