I have been trying to get my itunes music to copy over to my memory stick, but just cant do it. I tried burning the songs to a disk, importing them again, everything...nothing works. Is there a tutorial anywhere for this?

The itunes format may not be supported, try converting them into standard MP3s then make a subfolder(called MP3) in the music folder of the PSP and place your music MP3 files in that.

I put songs from itunes onto my psp, but it is sorta complicated. Yeah, like you said, I have to burn 'em to a disc. Then I use Windows Media Player 10 to rip them to mp3 format. If whatever you use to rip the cd doesn't rip 'em to mp3 format, it isn't going to work. I had to upgrade from Windows Media Player version 9 to be able to rip cds to mp3s. I don't think any Windows Media Player(WMP) before version 10 will work, but I might be wrong.

Also, when you rip the cd, you have to make sure and tell WMP that you want mp3s, and not some stupid .wma format (not sure about that extension, but something like that) Look under options, I think. Sorry if I'm not being helpfull, but I am at work right now, not on my home computer.

Lastly, you gotta make sure you are putting the songs in the correct directory on your PSP. if you just need help with that, you can find that info on engadget.com, or lots of other places too, probably. If this sounds remotely helpful, but you need more details, let me know, and I can probably tell you more when I get home.

How do I the itunes playlist?

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you know how to burn a playlist from itunes? If you haven't already, burn the songs you want to put on your PSP to a cd. Load a blank CD-R or CD-RW into your disk drive (assuming you have a writable cd drive), then, in itunes, open the playlist you want to burn to the disk, and click the "burn" icon. The burn icon is a red circle in the top right corner of the itunes window.

Side Note: You can burn songs to either a CD-R or CD-RW, but only CD-Rs will play in most standard cd players. If you only want to transfer the songs to your PSP, I always use the same CD-RW, cause your computer can read it, and you can reuse it. Either will work, but you can only use a CD-R once.

After you burn the disk, open the disk drive on your computer, and then close it. I window should pop up asking you what you want to do with the disk, so select "rip with Windows Media Player" or something similar to that. See the note in my last post about making sure you are ripping the songs as mp3s, and not .wma files.

After jumping through all those hoops, you should be able to connect your PSP to your computer via the usb cable, and transfer your shiny new mp3s to the appropriate directory on your flash memory card.

Hm, if you get a chance could you tell me where to find the thing to use for switching the music from wma. to mp3. on the WMP 10?
