I like to buy Playstation games, but I like to buy 'em complete. Call me anal if you wish. So I submit to you the bane of my existence: ebay seller vgoutlet. Somehow vgoutlet gets every rare Playstation game one could desire. But only bare discs. Sometimes resurfaced, sometimes not. But never with the manual or back art.

Weird, man. I wonder what the story is.

Theres a fair number of them floating around GameStops and some other places sans manuals and cases. You can get them there (and unless is something like Suikoden 2) they tend to get left behind. I'd think that he's picking them up and just attempting to turn tricks on them.
