I went to the Outdoor, yes I have one near me (lucky me) I live in the Chain o' Lakes area IL and I went in McHenry I saw War of the Worlds and Herbie, now to the point. Herbie Played first and was so so, Myself my brother and my friend went and we went, after that movie was over we needed to use the rest room and needed to walk around and we went to the concession stand and to my surprise they had one of the best Arcade lineups I have seen in a while. I was in heaven, all three of us popped several quarters into Teenage Muntant Ninja Turtles and man did it bring back memories. I also have to say the goodness didn't end there, the first arcade was a combo with Ms. Pac Man/Sky Shark/Centipede,
Then Bad Dudes (that looks great in Arcade and a ton better than the nes port
Golden Tee 2k
The Simpsons :D :D
and a very early Street Fighter II cab
then I walk to the other side and I find
Mortal Kombat II (how I love the Arcade version of this game)
Primal Rage
NFL Blitz
Cruisn' USA
Arctic Thunder
There were a ton of great cabs, MKII and Primal Rage brought back some fond memories, I love the Simpsons Arcade and it was the first time I saw Bad Dudes in the Arcade and it plays so nicely. Every cab was clean and worked which is uncommon today since Arcades are dwindling and are neglected. I had to share this because this will be a night to remember for me and I am thinking about paying the entrance fee and taking several bucks and spending the night gamimg. :D :D
