I'm sure this information is available somewhere, but I've been unable to dig it up so far. I assume it's not Ben, since his projects are almost all chronicled on his site. Anyone know who made it?

If the device has a "free-spinning" uncovered game disc on the back of the model, it is indeed Ben's. I remember him showing it around at an earlier CGE.

Here's a page from Classicgaming.com that discusses it. Don't know why it's not explained at www.benheck.com...

I dont think that was the unit. If I remember correctly (since I did hold it). The unit was solid black (and had a bit of a unfinished look to it) and there was no graphic for the Psp on the screen. Though I know the person who made it was/is a member of DP I cant recall who it was. I think Joe would remember who it actually was though.

It was black, but definitely didn't look unfinished. It had molded black plastic connecting the screen and system up. Very, very, cool looking. I talked to the guy who made it (and talked to Ben at CGE a couple years ago), so I'm 99% sure it wasn't Ben :-).

Certainly looks like it... this is a pic I took from last year's CGE as modelled by Janice...
