Upon leaving California, I acquired my last game for my Sega CD set! I have completed an entire original US SET(case, book and disc). I plan on having pics hopefully in a couple of weeks, but I just wanted to thank all the DP members who not only traded me some of the HTF games, but others who took the time to relpy to my endless pleas on the forum. This collection took me about 5 years, although I have focused my hunting on other collections. I just wanted to share my joy with the place I consider my forum home.

Well Done! What games would you say are your top 5 Sega CD hits?

That must have cost you major bucks.

Way to go. I've got around 80 complete SegaCD games myself and hope to have a complete collection someday as well.

Just curious, what was the last game you got and what were some o the hardest ones to track down?

Just one question, what was the hardest to find?

Congrats man. I have some of the rare games in my collection (Keio Flying Squadron, Snatcher) but never completed it. Let us see those awesome pics.

My favorite top 5 Sega CD games are:

1. Dark Wizzard
2. Shining Force CD
3. Keio Flying Squadron
4. Lunar
5. Sonic CD

The collection did not cost me a ton, the only games that "tickled" were Keio Flying Squadron and Radical Rex. The nice thing was that I found an extra copy of Radical Rex and used it to repay the one that I won off ebay :D

My last game was Jaguar XJ 220. Not hard to find really, but when you are moving 400 miles, it does make it more difficult!

Here is my top five list of hard to find Sega CD games

1. Radical Rex(not worth the money, but you need it for your collection (got my second copy for $20)

2. Keio Flying Squadron(not easy to find, and when you do it usually goes easily for over $100

3. Space Adventure(got mine for $2.00

4. Colors of Modern Rock(demo) got mine for $17.00

5. Demoltion Man/Lawnmower Man: Tie

Great job completing it! I still have 13 to go... (Well I only had 8 needed 2 months ago, but I had to sell off Snatcher, Space Adventure, Night Trap 32X, Lunar: EB, and NBA Hangtime '95 thanks to an ebay transaction gone horribly wrong... :/ )

Just one question, what was the hardest to find?

I'd assume that it was it was Jaguar XJ 220 since his signature says "1 Sega CD game left! Jaguar XJ 220(in the mail!)"

Funny how your last game was one of my first. :) Anyway, congratulations! I just got my first Sega CD less than a year ago. It's quickly becoming a very endearing system to me. It's definitely got its own style. I enjoy the Genesis library more as far as fun gaming goes, but man, the Genesis doesn't have a fraction of the charisma that the Sega CD does. I wouldn't mind having a complete collection someday, although at 19 games I don't think that's going to happen any time soon. :P I got about half of the cardboard box games, though, so maybe I could go for a sub-collection with that.

Well done dude. Im two games away from a complete PAL set of late release Mega CD games so i can sympathise. Unfortunately my last two, one of them is NOT one of the first, but one of the last and hardest to find ones.

Congrats! I have about 10 to go myself for a complete set, but I need all the hard/expensive ones(snatcher, keio, radical rex, time gal, jaguar 220, road avenger, crime patrol, mad dog II, wolfchild). So close, but so far away.

Ultra cool. The SEGA CD had some great games released for it. Good job - congrats!
