killer instinct on mame problems

when i try to run KI on MAME v.63 it tells me i need a file called kinst.chd and for v2 of KI i need kinst2.chd. the problem is I cannot find this file. HELP!!!! @_@ >:(

The CHD file is the hard drive image for this game. I believe most images are 500megs, and split into rars. Get finding!

You can get the CHD files on the newsgroup at.binaries.emulators.misc.

-create a folder within the "roms" folder name it the same name as the ROM file (example: name Killer Instinct "kinst").

-put all of the CHD files in the folder you just created.

-Use WinZip (8.1) to extract the last of those CHD files (which is a zip file) to the folder that it is in.

-If you did it right WinZip will extract ALL the CHD files and create 1 new CHD file.

NOTE: You will still have your "kinst" ROM in the "roms" folder (like any other game).

Your folder structure should look like this:
/mame
/mame/roms (kinst ROM stays here)
/mame/roms/kinst (Killer Instinct CHD files)
