After receiving a free control panel from Tower (Thanks Chad!), I got going on my Centipede project.
It took me about 3 hours to completely strip
the panel of all the adhesive. A huge job! Much more than I expected.
The actual overlay peeled off easily, but left all the adhesive behind.
I still have some sanding to do. I glued some aluminum plates
to the panel to back up the extra holes and plan on using Bondo to fill.
I have a pretty nice gutted cabinet, with nice sideart on one side and
all black on the other (previous owner).
This will be fully M.A.M.E.powered. I have an extra EYGO 19" Arcade VGA.
I just bought a Happ 2 1/4" trackball w/ USB interface on eBay for a great price.
And also a P3 500 for cheap.
Still need the Artwork (Marquee, Bezel, and CP overlay)
