I realize the homebrew scene can be tough to keep up with, but has anyone seen this before? Is it a conversion of the Arcadia game? A hack? Something else?

A quick Google search came up with this (http://www.atariage.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=310). Looks pretty damn good.
