For those of you who have played this, how is it? And how does it compare to the originals? I'd also be interested in knowing if it has any remixes of the old music. I think i'm going to get this tomorrow by trading in a few xbox games but i'd like some opinions first.

I heard some of the music remixes on Falcom's website. Hold on to your Turbo version...the new music kind of blows. Don't know anything about the game itself, though.

The game is short and sweet, and I knew it complete, when I wore a younger man's shoes.
It's about 20 hours long, and was pretty fun. The only real gripe is that the game has an oddball sense of leveling. If you walk into a dungeon and get clobbered, if you level yourself up like or or 2 levels, suddenly *you* can waltz through it without a hitch.
The end boss battle wasn't that stimulating, and to be honest, I think something got lost in the translation, but it was still fun.

I thought it was great. The leveling was a bit of a hassle, but I fought a lot of stuff early for the challenge ;) Graphics are old old incredibly old school, but they work, and the voice acting is superb overall. I really enjoyed the whole game. The music isn't as bad as people say, but it IS repetetive.
